I had just unlocked the bootloader, and i had installed a new firmware 6.0.A.3.73

I read that if I performed unlocking the bootloader and installing a new firmware will unlock the cellphone but it didnt work.

i think that the cellphone is hardlocked thats becouse i had tried that way.

Unlocking the bootloader doesn't sim-unlock your handset.

Try one of those websites that provide an unlock code for a fee. Such as this.

Unlocking a bootloader won't unlock your Xperia S from network restriction. To unlock a mobile phone from network restriction, You need to enter its unique unlock code. You can get the unique unlock code for your Sony Xperia S from http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/sony-xperia-s/rs16wp9/ at affordable cost with free unlocking instructions. Good luck mate.
