Hoffa has told Obama that his army of union thugs are ready to go to war against fellow Americans and "take these sons of bitches out". I don't think this will happen. Obama is too much of a pussy.

 

That's a lot of "son's of bitches" to take out ......... something like 65 % of the American population that are against him .

The daily Rasmussan poll has 22 % approval and 44 % strongly disapprove , giving him a daily approval index of -22 for the day .

 

Actually I was wondering if anyone would bother to post on this bullshit thread before I even bothered to point out that this is all another right wing false propaganda out and out lie.

And it all started with Fox News editing what Hoffa actually said in a totally dishonest attempt to try and make it look like he was advocating violence and of course the mainstream media had to swallow the bullshit hook line and sinker.

I really don't see what President Obama's approval rating has to do with another right wing noise machine lie about what Jimmy Haffa jr. said in a Labor Day speech, but when it comes to Rasmussen I like this page better.

It shows the daily index which remains pretty consistent and remarkably hasn't dipped below 40% in Rasmussen polling and has in most other polls.

But you know that 42% approval rating looks pretty good compared to the 14% approval rating for congress and the Tea Party record lows.

 

Where is all the ''CIVILITY'',,,something the great one OBAMA, made a personal appearance and speech on. This is just the typical double standards that is totally expected from the leftists and the unions.

I saw Hoffa's comments in their entirety and think it was perfect. Keep Obama close to the unions so there is no way to divorce Obama from those who back him and whom Obama is working for. Unions were a great idea and much needed 110 years ago, now they are nothing more them another way to rape the American working in order for a few "cough...Hoffa, union leaders, and politicians...cough" to gain more control and power over the day to day life of Joe Six Pack.

Every person I have ever known who is in a union has this mentality like someone owes them a job and their job has absolutely nothing to do with what they are supposed to be making, building, fixing, etc. All I ever hear is what the company owes them as far as benefits, wage increases, and less working hours in the week.


Real men and women are not in unions...we work for a living.

Of course it could happen. Obama's own vice president, Mr.Biden, has called conservatives "barbarians at the gates," and Biden didn't come up with the line without coaching.

Worked those jobs when I was younger. I acquired skills by working (not bitching about how horrible the job was) that allowed me to step into a better position and eventually to the point where I started my own business. I never had a union there taking my money and putting it towards political candidates I do not support. Also, unionized guys that do the same thing I do cost more due to the fact they can screw up massively and not get fired. Me, If I cock it up, I lose the job. Pretty good insensitive to do it right the first time, on time.

Here is another fun fact for some people, I bid jobs against unionized labor all the time and guess what? I win the contracts 99% of the time because my shop is not buried under the weight of carrying the expense unions place on business owners so my prices are lower. The customer gets a better product, on time, for a lower price.

 

Or work in a right to work state like Wyoming where an employee cannot sue their employer for anything and its actually cheaper to kill and cripple people than take the time to be safe or stay safe.

No I think there's a re-awaking for the working class and people finally see that unions are actually our hope not our enemy. I see that in Wisconsin. I see that in the new unions forming, and I see that in people like myself that are tired of paying for their greed and corruption.

But we will see. As Hoffa said its time to use our votes to get rid of the sons of bitches that will lower our standard of living just so the rich can get richer and protect corporate welfare. I think people are wise to that and rising up.

Stumbler, my personal experience is the vast majority of union workers such as your self who are so angry and exhibit such hatred and loathing to anyone who makes any comments that even appear to be negative about unions or their union "brothers and sisters", generally wouldn't be able to get or keep a decent job with their own skills, talent or intelligence alone. Instead they have to rely on strong arm tactics and intimidation in order to get and keep a job that they are, more often than not, grossly overpaid for what little "work" they do which is generally substandard because they have no accountability.

As for how I know, simple. I have been in the auto industry for over 30 years and have seen more than a couple of plants close due to unions. I got and continue to keep my job by working hard and doing a good job for the company I represent. Not because some thugs use intimidation and extortion so I can keep my job.

Simply put, unions are an idea that have grossly outlived their usefulness!

Look at what unions are doing to Boeing Corporation in South Carolina. The plant has supposedly opened, but is being strong-armed from every direction, from the NRLB right up to this inept White House that supposedly wants to decrease the unemployment rolls.

Look at the government muscle tactics being used against Gibson Guitar Company, an American firm with American workers who are being forced out of jobs, because Gibson allegedly violated organized labor laws of INDIA!!

And on it goes.

Heck, the biggest advertiser in New England talk radio markets is the SEIU union, which does not even identify itself (they simply call themselves a "genuine 501-(c)3 organization" in contravention of FCC rules, with apparent impunity), and their primary 1 minute spot is a bogus fundraising tactic called "Kars for Kids." The lowlife thugs have nothing to do with kids. They're gangsters. Period. And they helped stepinfetchit get elected, so they get away with it.
