Iscian Goldeen-Black Moor pokemon

Living in dark water unique to the Iscia region, it's body changed toward the development of the eyes. The color is darker than the original, but some trainers seem to like it, saying it is also unique. If it grown up level 33, it evolves into Hamoor.
