How did you lost yours. You should have them on 2 locations if on win (not sure bout mac but probably same). One in game folder
DreamsOfDesireEP7-1.0b-ELITE-pc\game\saves ---> those you move
C:\Users\"comp name"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy ----> those stay and if you have manage to mess those up you can change them with those from folder.
I dont mind give you save if you don't mind be called by my name lol. In any case the one bellow is the end of previous version.

different route in windows 10. wasn't saying it's a problem just that some don't know it even exists because they never see it

Yeah thats sucks if happens for sure. But you got your lesson i guess, get spare HDD for games and other stuff, or make partition if you got only one. This way you don't lose any archive you might have. My self got 4 hdd, 2x ssd 1 for system one for games and 2 storage. And beyond all that i still backup all saves from all games all the time (when i remember)Thanks bro! I had to format my pc unexpectedly. lost all the games

Me and You learned the same lesson, for sure, now I have Local Disc - C with programs, and Local Disc - E for Files, for don't lose Games, Music and another stuff as well, better safe than sorry.Yeah thats sucks if happens for sure. I learned only one time, but believe me, it's was forever, I have almost 98.000 musics, imagine put all this stuff again. Total pain in the ass. :closedeyesmile:x'Dx'DExactly that yes. I have learned that lesson many times over the years.

Thats not even possible to assemble all together unless you are making list of stuff what you got. I got 2 storage disks one 3 tb one 500 gb (mainly for dl) and cold use another one. If they die i got no idea for half of stuff thats on lol.
Way i see its exactly the sameits the same directory in windows 10, but different route to unhide the hidden directories

The way to unhide the folders in windows 10 is much easier. click view in the windows explorer system (folder and click hidden items so it's check marked and all hidden items will be visible)
a much easier way to unhide the folders and yes it's easy to do that but when you don't even know what app data is when someone says it how do you know to look for unhiding that folder?
